It was dirty, and someone entered my room through an unlocked door I didn’t know was in use. A security deposit was required but wasn’t mentioned before booking and was released long after the holiday. I felt less clean after showering, and the sheets were dirty. The room window was broken and covered with a thin cardboard layer. Terrible experience—avoid at all costs.

Location and staff were fine. The stairs from the street lack handrails, making it a bit risky—I almost fell, but I was lucky not to get hurt.

The location was good. The floor was uneven, creating a huge gap under the bedroom door. Walls had several unpainted cracks. It was very cold with no temperature control. Windows weren’t sealed, only a plexiglass, so the room was very noisy.

The spot is great, close to everything, and the owners were super helpful; the rooms are spotless and newly renovated, plus we had a small balcony overlooking the street. A big park is within walking distance and free overnight parking is available on the other side of the street! :)
