The hotel is outside Florence’s old town, just across the street, and the price is fairly low, so the cost‑performance is decent. The room’s screen doors were broken, letting in a lot of mosquitoes. Hot water and drainage were also poor, and the hotel’s door lock was problematic, making it hard for many guests to open it.

The location is good and the staff are friendly. We had problems with the drain, hot water, and AC, but the host responded quickly. The garbage bins were right in front of the building and under the window, producing a terrible smell until the city finally collected the trash.

Convenient location. The door locks were broken and the keys didn’t open easily. I woke up to no water, and there was no TV.

The staff were very friendly, flexible, and ready to help, especially with luggage after check‑out and adjusting the departure time, which was a real convenience. The pension sits right on the edge of the historic centre, so walking or public transport (the tram stop is very close) is easy. The room was fairly large and right next to the shared bathroom for two rooms. The pension is very clean. We booked late and chose from what was still available on a modest budget. I’m not sure if you can get more comfort for the same price in Florence by booking earlier. Although the staff were very welcoming, the accommodation offered only limited comfort. It’s better suited for tight budgets than for romantic weekends.

The location was close to the centre. The mosquito net didn’t work and there was a problem with the toilet drainage; it clogged at night and became unusable. Also, there were many nighttime noises coming from other rooms.
