I was expecting a decent stay, but things started off on the wrong foot when I was informed about the check-in time, only to find out that there was no staff at reception. To make matters worse, there was no breakfast available at the hotel, which was a major letdown. The lack of staff and basic amenities made for a frustrating experience.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, thanks to its great location, which was close to the mall and perfect for a staycation. My room was clean, and the other facilities, except for the dishcloths, were also well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially to my 2-year-old, who ran around freely. The pool was always warm, even at night, and the quiet area made for a peaceful retreat.

Although the hotel's location was convenient for our needs, my stay was marred by several issues. The room was dirty, and when it was serviced the next day, the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, and toiletpaper wasn't replenished. Dust wasn't cleaned, and bins weren't emptied. When I went to the front desk to get the WiFi password, which didn't work, I was met with a receptionist who was lying on his chair with his bare feet on the table, looking unprofessional.

I was initially impressed with the hotel's neat and tidy appearance, but when I stepped outside, I was disappointed to find that there wasn't much space to sit. The outdoor area was quite cramped, which was a shame, considering the hotel's otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

I was initially impressed with the cleanliness of my room, but things took a turn for the worse when I discovered that the hotel had falsely advertised an electric blanket, which wasn't even available in my room. The room was extremely cold, and the kettle didn't work. The limited DSTV channels were also a letdown, as they claimed to have open channels. To make matters worse, the intercom by the gate didn't work, and I had to wait 15 minutes before being let in.
