The room was clean and the location was central, but the exterior areas were worn, dirty, and in need of repair; there was no hot water, only one bath towel, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the noise level was high until 2 am. On Friday night I tried messaging and calling, but received only an automated reply and none of the problems were resolved.

The room was nice and comfortable and the staff were lovely, but cleanliness was not perfect – the carpets were a bit mucky and the armchair in the room was heavily stained. Because the hotel is part of a lively pub, I was woken a few times at 1/2 am by guests coming upstairs shouting.

They didn’t give me any check‑in details, so I spent the whole night in my car; because of that I had no money to book another room, and they never answered any call and I still haven’t received a refund.
