“Good hotel”

The facilities are solid and the place is peaceful. Check‑in went smoothly and the indoor pool was okay. Breakfast was pretty average and lacked variety. You have to take a short road to get to the hotel, so it might be missed because it’s very close to the freeway exit.

“Comfortable and value for money”

The spot was perfect, close to where I needed to be. The room was neat and clean. Breakfast was pretty nice. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, but they did put up a sign about renovations.

The staff was friendly and the pool itself was nice, but the pool area was filthy with bugs everywhere, the hot tub remains broken, and the rooms, while clean, were very outdated with sheets that had holes and stains. The housekeeping could definitely improve.

“Disgusting.”

The hotel sits just off the highway, away from traffic. When we first checked into our room, the bed and floor were not cleaned properly and we even vomited on the bed. The receptionist was unhelpful, and I overheard the manager say, “idk what you want me to do we are sold out,” which was very unprofessional. After swapping rooms, the second room was also dirty: hair littered the bathroom floor, the shower walls were grimy, the toilet and floors had urine, and the overall condition was unacceptable for the price. I would not recommend this place.

“It’s was a good stay for me and my 2 kids”

The parking was convenient, the pool was clean, and the rooms were comfortable with good beds; Pamela at the front desk went above and beyond during check‑in. The shower, however, could have been cleaned better.
