1. The room is neat and comfortable, has all the necessary equipment, and there's a water dispenser for refilling. Nearby is a large market; although motorbikes and pedestrians mix and it gets chaotic, you can see the unique character of different cities. 2. There are McDonald’s, KFC, Xiangma Xiangla, and other snacks, hot stir‑fries, and drink shops nearby, making it a lively place with good location 👍 3. Parking is available. 4. The host replies to messages quickly; even though it’s a self‑check‑in, it doesn’t feel inconvenient. 1. The stairs going up are narrow. 2. The path to the parking lot is narrow, which really tests driving skill.

Very good overall, the whole environment is quite clean, and it’s close to the market so you can leisurely stroll there in the morning. The host even made a handmade map, which was very thoughtful.
