I think the price was great, and the steam closet in the room is something you don't usually find elsewhere! The only downside was that it was a bit far from downtown Gwangju, but that wasn’t our main goal anyway.

I found this hotel to be very convenient, and the taxi drivers from the airport knew exactly where to take me when I mentioned the hotel's name. However, I did notice that the doors can be quite loud when they close, which was a bit surprising. Overall, it's a great location, but a few tweaks to the door mechanisms would make it even better.

I always felt at ease knowing that there was someone available to speak with in Japanese, which made my stay much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, my colleague's room wasn't made up properly, which was a bit of a letdown. Despite this, the hotel's customer service was generally great.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and the rooms were spotless, which made for a great start to my stay. However, I was a bit disappointed that there was no breakfast available, and the interior of the hotel had a lingering disinfectant smell. Additionally, I wished there was an air purifier in the room.
