Marcia is hands down one of the warmest people I've ever met. When we couldn't snag an Uber to the bus, she and the whole family drove us to the stop. Breakfast was solid, the garden on the property is gorgeous, and everyone made sure we were taken care of. If you’re in Paraty, you’ve got to stay at Casa Ciclovia.

Mrs. Marcia was incredibly kind and welcoming—definitely worth it—and the breakfast was a highlight. The room we stayed in (upper floor) wasn’t the most comfortable; the double mattress could use an upgrade, and there’s no AC—just fans—and no mosquito net on the windows.

The reception was excellent, the breakfast was well stocked, and the place feels cozy. I’d recommend it for families, with or without kids.
