The hotel was amazing, with lovely rooms and friendly staff, and the breakfast was excellent, but the car parking charge was very expensive.

The Signature rooms were all refreshed and clean, and the staff were exceptional as always, but the parking fees ruin the stay every time.

The room was lovely, big, and had great views, yet the bed sheets were dirty; we ate food in the bar area with a lift from the staff on a bus and found the food excellent for the value; we used the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna but only stayed there 15 minutes, which was not relaxing as we expected, and it was full of kids, including under 16s in the adults area, which was very disappointing; we had breakfast in the morning before departing, the staff were great and had a good selection of continental, but the hot full breakfast was cold and not good.
