I stayed in a very good and comfortable room and the staff were friendly and approachable, so I couldn’t complain about anything.

The spot was great, but the manager told us we’d get a complimentary upgrade that turned out to be a nightmare – the walls were filthy, the towels were worn and looked unclean, and after we raised the issue they finally swapped them out. The bathroom was clearly in need of a facelift, the 5th‑floor corridor had no AC and smelled bad, and on our last day the whole floor lost internet access, forcing us to move rooms again, which was a hassle. Breakfast was a low‑quality buffet, the staff were polite but English was a struggle. I don’t recommend this hotel.
