Dear StayVista Team, I am writing to request a full refund for the StayVista property we booked in Ooty. Unfortunately, when we reached the property, we found that the condition and overall standard of the accommodation were extremely disappointing and not suitable for us to stay. Because of this, we decided not to stay at the property and had to urgently find and book another hotel. This caused us considerable inconvenience, additional expenses, stress, and also resulted in losing almost an entire day of our trip. Since we were unable to use the accommodation due to the unacceptable condition of the property, I kindly request StayVista to review our case seriously and arrange a full refund of the amount paid at the earliest. We had booked the property expecting the standard and quality associated with StayVista, and this experience was extremely disappointing. The room was VERY NICE, but the bed cover should be kept in proper condition.

The room size was good, the hot water shower worked, and mineral water was provided for drinking. However, the bathroom cleanliness, tap, and door were lacking.
