“Da migliorare”
The new building was clean and welcoming, but the croissants at breakfast were barely enough and the coffee was also limited; the service definitely needs improvement.

Nothing at all.

It’s a modern new build, the restaurant serves great food, the beach is right across the street, and the surroundings are quiet.

The room was pretty, nothing special. Aside from the almost non‑existent welcome, the real issue was that the room was clearly not ready for a off‑season arrival: no blankets on the bed, so we had to pull the spare plaid from the wardrobe, and there were no shower sheets. The water pressure was truly questionable, the bed was utterly uncomfortable—felt like sleeping on two wooden boards. The worst part was being woken at 7.30 am by nonstop, deafening construction noise right under our room. My only question is how little thought went into assigning us this room when the B&B was completely empty; a simple move to a room farther from the work would have avoided this discomfort. To top it off, there was no sea view, we saw the ongoing work, and 10 € for 12 h of off‑season parking feels like a budget overrun. Bottom line? The worst 70 € ever spent. We will not return.
