The staff treated us with utmost respect and elegance, yet the hotel simply does not merit a five‑star rating: the air‑conditioning was terrible, offering either extreme cold or an uncomfortable humidity that many might find unbearable, the cleanliness never reached five‑star standards, I had booked four nights but only managed to sleep two before abandoning the stay and moving to another property, which in my view would be rated at three stars.
The location is special and close to services.

The location was pleasant, but the construction work beside the hotel created a lot of noise, my special requests made at booking were ignored, and when I asked for an extra key for the room I never received one—a situation I have never experienced at any other hotel.
The TV set couldn’t be used.
