The room was spacious, but the shower had a curtain, the pillows were poor, and the mattress topper was ripped.

“Schlicht, in Zi 109 würde ich nicht so gern nochmal wohnen wollen.”

The location was good, the place was clean, and the courtyard view was nice. However, it felt very basic, old, and could use a fresh coat of paint; the floor was linoleum, not wood, the pillows were flat and could have used an extra one, and early in the morning there was often loud noise from the garbage bins.

“Sehr empfehlenswert”

The building was a historic structure with high ceilings, beautiful wooden floors, a very large renovated room with a lovely seating area, and a comfortable bed. Cleaning every two days was sustainable. The historic building has no elevator, so that needs to be taken into account. The location near the subway station was excellent. A small fridge would have been nice.
