The hotel staff were courteous and even showed us another room, but that didn’t solve anything. We had booked a room with four single beds and added an extra cot for a 9‑year‑old child during the online reservation, which the hotel confirmed, yet when we got there there was no room with that setup and no extra mattress at all; the only room we could see wouldn’t close its window. Arriving around 20:30 exhausted and roomless forced us to find another place in town, adding unexpected costs and a lot of frustration.
I liked the reception a lot, the guy who attended us was super polite and helpful. The facilities are very well maintained and the room was clean. Congratulations! In the bathroom of the room I stayed, water accumulated on the opposite side of the drain and there was no squeegee to pull it. This needs to be fixed!

Double bed too narrow, not even a real double. Pillow dirty, had to ask for a change, terrible pillow, many mosquitoes.
