The spa’s proximity to USJ and the overall cleanliness were definite pluses. I did notice a bit of noise coming from the hallway, which was a little distracting.

The female receptionist was cute, friendly and always smiling, and the bath was nice. Unfortunately, the night front desk was often understaffed and couldn’t handle requests, and there were too few laundry drying racks.
