We stayed in the family room on the first floor, a set of two connected rooms for two adults, three children, and a baby (cot provided), and it worked out great for us. For the price we paid, I think it was a good deal.

The only bright spot was that we got an ensuite bathroom, which was unexpected. The room itself was ridiculously small. We asked the owner to help us avoid being blocked in by careless parking on Sunday morning—parking was by dropped kerbs with no lines painted on the road—and he replied matter‑of‑factly that “it was Blackpool and this happened all the time.” We set our alarm for 6 am, but we were still stuck and couldn’t leave. When we finally left around 8:30, the owner again seemed indifferent and suggested we should have parked farther away in a car park or on the road, ignoring the parking restrictions. Don’t stay here if you need a modern room with enough space to move around the bed, or if you need to park as advertised and leave at your planned time.

It was located exactly what we were looking for, and there was nothing negative.
