How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was okay, close to the buffalo and parking was easy. The room smelled like smoke the minute we walked in, had hair from other tenants, the bathroom was stained, and we felt gross being there, so we left a day early because of it.

WiFi was poor.

Cleaner than most in this chain, but the bed was rock hard.

The location is good, but the building is very old and needs interior renovation.

The staff were fine, but one day they took our towels and I had to go to reception to get them, and a day before we left they didn’t change the towels or clean the room; I wouldn’t return to this hotel.
