“Bed bugs so we left”

They let us check out and refunded us, but there were bed bugs.

“We won’t stay here again & would not recommend.”

The property was very dark, dank, and smelly, and it really should have been refunded and stayed elsewhere. It needs a good cleaning, new paint, bathrooms remodeled, and the whole place is old and worn.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel; the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Johanna who works in the kitchen and dining area and helped me make my waffles—great job, Johanna! The beds were very, very comfortable and so were the pillows, and the rooms were a nice size and clean. The hotel was easily accessible, right off the interstate.
