Small but lovely. The reception was very warm, and the location is perfect for catching a train to Venice. The apartment matched the description exactly, brand‑new and tastefully furnished, with everything you’d need in a holiday rental. We didn’t even notice the train because we were out during the day and it doesn’t run at night. If we visit Venice again, we’ll book here again. Highly recommended! Nothing to complain about.

The entire process was flawless. Direct communication, instant replies, hassle‑free key handover, perfect parking, everything easy to find, the area was ideal, the location truly top, very quiet, everything as described. No complaints at all, everything matched our expectations. Surprisingly, we were offered daily cleaning and the coffee was always refilled – very nice. All the information about restaurants, buses, trains was available, well prepared. The bed was super comfortable and large, the bathroom very clean and tidy, the air‑conditioning worked perfectly. We were worried about train noise because the building is almost right next to the station, but there was no disturbance and trains don’t run that often. I’ll mention this only as a note, not criticism – it’s just a matter of taste. We missed a bread knife or a larger knife; the kitchen’s top drawer had a hidden compartment, so we had to eat on site and would have liked a knife. Also, two wine glasses would be nice for guests who enjoy wine in the evening. A kitchen roll or a proper cloth was missing; we always washed everything immediately. There was a drying cloth, but later we had nothing to dry the countertop. A larger TV would be nice, but that’s a matter of preference. Still, everything was really great.
