“Would not rebook”
The room was filthy; I had to request a second cleaning of the floors at check‑in and found heaps of dirt and trash. Even after mopping, the floor remained dirty, indicating nothing was cleaned properly.
“Was as described”
The location was excellent, though the nearby food options were limited, and the price turned out higher than we expected.
“Excellent”
Staff. Beds are too hard
The location and pool were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the beds were not queens as advertised and the rooms were not very clean.
“wonderful”
The hotel’s central location and friendly staff were fantastic, yet the beds were extremely uncomfortable.
