“Host was kind and accommodating, hotel in great location”

The location was excellent, and the owner was very kind and helpful, yet if you’re an early sleeper it can get quite noisy.

“Amazing view and friendly staff”

The view from the room was absolutely stunning and the staff were warm and attentive, doing everything they could to make us feel at home. We didn’t run into any problems at all, so it was a flawless stay.

“Perfect location, pricey and a bit noisy”

The hotel sits right by the old town, giving easy access to the historic center and offering spectacular vistas. The staff were courteous, the room was roomy, and the Wi‑Fi held up without hiccups. On the flip side, the price felt steep at €104 for what we got, the room showed some humidity typical of Fenghuang, and traffic noise was audible at night.

The view from the window and the street-side location were nice, the mattress was comfortable, and the host was friendly (though she couldn’t call a taxi for me). The room and bathroom were clean. However, there was a stale cellar smell from potatoes, you had to lift luggage up 30 degrees to enter, I wouldn’t recommend using the toilet on the second floor, the reception felt like a storage backroom, card payments were not accepted, and the curtains and window soundproofing were non‑existent – expect a wild night.

The employees were genuinely helpful and friendly, which made checking in a breeze. The only downside was the shower that stayed open, so we had to deal with a constant drip.
