“Extrêmement décevant….”
The location was good. The room number 122 was nowhere listed, so I had to go back down to tell reception that I couldn’t find my room, and indeed the door had no number. Breakfast on the first day was not worth the €25; I had to wait until Sunday for a decent breakfast, yet the same price was charged every day. I paid €80 for a 1‑hour access to the jacuzzi and sauna, but the contract with the provider had ended the previous day. So they opened the door, showed me the space, and left me to figure it out. I asked twice for chairs for the small balcony next to my room and I still haven’t received them. The equipment around the pool was outdated: dry, unmaintained wood that breaks. How can such a place be left in that condition? I was served at the restaurant and they started by telling me what was missing…
“Disappointing Breakfast Experience”
The breakfast offering was a major letdown for me. For a price of 20 Euros, I was surprised to find that there was no milk available and the selection was extremely limited. This was a significant disappointment, especially given the cost.
“Mixed Experience with a Promising Start”
My stay got off to a great start with a warm welcome, both initially and at the restaurant. However, things took a turn for the worse when I was asked to pay a second time, which I found unprofessional. It would be helpful to double-check before making similar requests to avoid such issues.
I really appreciated the quality of the welcome. I was looking for a peaceful spot to spend the weekend with my daughter, and it met my expectations perfectly. We enjoyed the facilities, especially the gym, the pool and the restaurant. All the spaces appealed to me.
“Overpriced”
I felt that the price was exorbitant, which greatly detracted from my overall experience. I left feeling that I had overpaid for what was offered.
