The host Letícia was very attentive, the place was extremely clean and organized, the bed was comfortable, the shower was very good, the location was great, and the owner was also very helpful.

The convenience and location, along with a good cost‑benefit ratio, were positives, and the check‑in instructions were clear, but the maintenance was lacking with broken drawer furniture, a shower box without a curtain, and only a plastic chair as seating next to the work table.

The place was super quiet and cozy. I’d only suggest a few paint touch‑ups in the room to get rid of the mold, but that didn’t ruin the experience. I definitely recommend this spot!

The location and comfort were spot on. Nothing to complain about.
