“will never return”
The bed was comfortable, but the toilet door was almost non‑existent, making it nearly unusable for two people in the room, and there was no kettle.

The spot is unbeatable, right in the city centre with everything within walking distance. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the check‑in was quick. The only downside was that there was no place to store luggage in the room.

Location was ok. A very disappointing experience from start to finish. Both the room and stairwells were noticeably unclean, giving the impression that basic cleaning and maintenance standards were being neglected. The room itself was ridiculously small, with barely enough space to feel comfortable, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a decent night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the toilet door had no lock, offering absolutely no privacy, and the shower door didn’t close properly. These are basic standards that any paying guest should reasonably expect. Overall, the accommodation was poorly maintained, uncomfortable and fell well below expectations

Location and cleanliness were perfect, and the staff were helpful and friendly; I'd stay again. Nothing to complain about. It's a budget hotel, so don't expect 5 stars, but it fits the purpose.

The mattress and duvet were good. However, as a disabled guest on the 3rd floor, I had to make coffee for myself and my wife and bring it to the room with a walking aid. The shower looked disgusting at the seat, and if the fire alarm went off, how would a disabled person get down the stairs?
