Service was solid and you get good value for the price, with rooms offering a 5‑star view of the forest. The staff and manager were welcoming, and the place is well connected to the slopes and ski rental centre. The buffet had a decent range but the quality wasn’t top‑notch, and the bathrooms sometimes carried a cigarette smell from nearby guests.

We had a great time – the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and they organized a fantastic 8‑March celebration with plenty of dancing and good vibes. We met a lot of people, some of whom became friends, and everything was up to standard. A special shout‑out to Kristiyan at reception for his responsiveness and for helping us communicate with our new Turkish friends.

Visiting Pamporovo in early March meant the resort wasn’t crowded and the lifts were quick. From our balcony we enjoyed a beautiful forest view, and despite being an older hotel it’s well run, with a sauna and steam room. The beds were super comfortable, making it a solid value. They coordinate with the Alpin ski company at Studenets, offer a shuttle and equipment rental discount, and the staff are all smiles.
