Located in Al Madinah’s center, Shaza Regency Plaza offers free public Wi‑Fi and views of Uhud Mountain. Air‑conditioned rooms feature flat‑screen satellite TV, minibars, work desks and safety deposit boxes, with bathrooms equipped with bathtubs and luxury toiletries. How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is just outside Al Haram, less than 5 minutes to the Holy Mosque. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the furniture is comfortable. Free parking works well for large vehicles like a Yukon XL or a Suburban. The downside was that the breakfast quality and variety didn’t meet our expectations, and no one answered the phone—neither staff nor manager, room service, or reception—for a long time.

The location is great for reaching the Haram or the city, but there are several issues with the facilities. The beds are too high and the maintenance is unsatisfactory, with multiple lights that cannot be turned off in the room, and the room door is weak at receiving the card signal. In short, the place needs general upkeep and a better client experience.
