The breakfast was fine, the rooms look nice, and I liked the themed carpets and décor; the location is fascinating because of Biggin Hill’s history, and it was great to watch the planes. The staff went above and beyond—when my husband fell ill, a staff member offered to drive me to the supermarket for medication, which was absolutely fantastic. Food was fine but nothing special.

The location was ideal for us visiting family in Biggin Hill. We were very disappointed with the EV chargers. We rang the hotel in advance and were told that they had high speed chargers on site. In reality, only 2 of the at least 4 were actually working and they are very slow, even slower than our home charger. We have a small battery, yet the charger would have taken more than 10hrs to complete a less than 50% charge. They are not really fit for purpose! Had we known, we would have gone to a fast charger elsewhere before checking in

The location was perfect for a business meeting, even though it was much pricier than some nearby hotels. The hotel and rooms were immaculate, staff helpful, and check‑in/out were very straightforward. The price was definitely off‑putting and might lead me to look elsewhere next time. I chose this hotel for its location, on‑site restaurant, and EV chargers at the front, but only one working charger was available when I arrived. I was also underwhelmed by the restaurant food—it was very expensive and average. The bar and waiting staff were excellent.
