“Pas à la hauteur”
The spot is great because you can see the lake, but you pay a premium for that view. The welcome was friendly. Aside from the steep price for a camp‑style service, it’s high time to upgrade the linens, which are clearly worn out. A proper refresh is needed: the beds are not even double, just two single beds for kids, and the furniture, paint, doors, and landing all need work to justify the cost.
The place is well situated, parking is available right next to the apartment, it’s clean, the beds are good, and there’s a private terrace overlooking the lake. The apartment is basic in its furnishings but everything essential is there.
“Au top”
Location, lake view, the apartment’s terrace, the bar for a late‑night pint, and the ability to bring your dog. The only other option is the guinguette soup.
More than a month after my stay, I still haven’t gotten my deposit back even though the accommodation was left in the same condition as when I arrived. I can’t help but wonder if this is a common practice at the hotel. It’s frustrating to have to go through extra steps to claim what’s rightfully mine.
“Établissement années 80”
Clean, quiet, close to the lake and the city centre. The property needs renovation; it’s neither modern nor cozy, and the furniture is old and uncomfortable.
