The location was incredible—less than five minutes from downtown shops and restaurants. We only used our car to reach the hikes. Breakfast was an extra charge with our room, but it offered a good selection on the days we could. I really wish our room had a small refrigerator. Breakfast ran from 0800 to 1000, which was too late on the hiking days, and a fridge would have helped keep food for breakfast.

The hotel is very well situated, close to the center and roads that lead to various natural attractions in the region. The staff was impeccable from start to finish: polite, helpful, and attentive to our comfort. Breakfast is excellent, with many options of cheeses, cured meats, yogurt, breads, and jams (plus the must‑try orange juice!). The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a beautiful view. I can't imagine a better stay in Cortina.

The family‑run staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and lovely throughout our stay, and when we lost a diamond earring in the shower drain they had a plumber retrieve it within 15 minutes—no fee at all. We had a great time at this charming hotel and were grateful for the free on‑site parking. Everything else was perfect.
