The facilities, room, comfort, jacuzzi, shower, and Smart TV were all excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. However, the front desk was advertised as open 24/7 but the staff closed at 23:00, and we had to wait for the desk to close because we checked in at 23:00; additionally, the Smart TV could not connect to the hotel Wi‑Fi.

The room was great and the jacuzzi was huge. I woke up to a swarm of ants everywhere, crawling into all the bags and even into the bed.
