The pool at Ananashaus is warmer and the garden is lovely, but the room smells musty and the food and service at Restaurant Magma were disappointing.

“Wundervoller Aufenthalt und absolut empfehlenswert.”

Ein absolut phänomenales Hotel. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich von A bis Z geliebt und würden jederzeit sofort wiederkommen. Mein Partner hatte am Tag unserer Ankunft Geburtstag und bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers wurden wir mit einer Flasche Sekt und einem kleinen Küchlein überrascht, das unglaublich lecker war. So eine schöne und aufmerksame Geste, mit der unser Aufenthalt direkt perfekt begonnen hat. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und einfach ein Ort, an dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Auch das Spa hat uns richtig gut gefallen und eines unserer persönlichen Highlights war definitiv der Whirlpool mitten in der Ananasplantage, einfach etwas ganz Besonderes. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist phänomenal: unglaublich vielseitig, alles frisch und hochwertig und das gesamte Team ist wahnsinnig freundlich und bemüht, sodass es einem wirklich an nichts fehlt. Ein weiteres absolutes Highlight war für uns das asiatische Restaurant auf dem Rooftop. Wir sind durchaus einiges gewohnt, was gutes Essen und schöne Hotels angeht, aber dieses Essen hat uns wirklich umgehauen. Vom Starter bis zum Dessert war jeder einzelne Gang ein absoluter Geschmacksorgasmus. Wir haben beide selten so gut gegessen und waren wirklich begeistert von der Qualität, den Aromen und der gesamten Erfahrung. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist top und für uns hat hier einfach das Gesamtpaket gestimmt: wunderschöne Anlage, tolles Spa, fantastisches Essen, hervorragendes Frühstück und vor allem unglaublich herzliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Wir erinnern uns sehr, sehr gerne an unseren Aufenthalt und würden ohne zu zögern wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

“Grüne Oase”

The hotel sits in the city yet feels like a jungle oasis, with a green garden that hosts the outdoor pool, spa, paddle area, and the pineapple greenhouse. Everything is nicely arranged; parking offers plenty of spots. The outdoor pool is great, and a separate service bell lets you order anything. The spa, with sauna and steam room below, is beautifully designed, and we liked the steam room. The heated pool in the pineapple greenhouse is a real treat. The room is small but functional. Service is excellent, with friendly, helpful staff and small gestures. Breakfast is superb, sourced locally, and you can request fried egg, eggs Benedict, or omelette. Both restaurants—the rooftop Asia Restaurant and the ground‑floor one—are good, not cheap but worth the money for tasty food. Because the hotel isn’t huge, it feels more family‑like and less hectic. The abundant greenery and quiet helped us relax. The bed is quite small, and the bidet smells musty, so we had to run water through it daily.

“Fully recommend”

Both restaurants and the amazing service were highlights, though the bar staff were only okay, and the gardens were amazing.
