The staff were friendly, but the room was terribly dirty. As a housekeeper, I can be lenient, yet this was unacceptable. The bathroom was terrifying: hair still in the tub, dust buildup, broken door handle, etc. The room itself resembled an apartment after someone was evicted—rough condition.
