“Gutes Hotel”
The staff are very friendly, and our concerns were taken seriously and addressed by Achi and Natia (thanks a lot); the breakfast was good.

The hotel sits conveniently close to the city center, yet ongoing major construction in the area makes walking around far less pleasant, which is beyond the hotel’s control. The main problem was the staff’s attitude: they were unfriendly and offered little help, even for simple requests like a pen or pencil. When we asked for a place to sit at a table for 30 minutes, they told us to find a coworking space elsewhere. Every request felt unreasonable. Housekeeping was disappointing: empty water bottles beside the bed stayed for three or four days until many had piled up, dirty dishes were left unwashed and out of place, and the bed was especially unpleasant because any shift of the fitted sheet revealed a lot of other people’s hair on the mattress. The room only had the bare minimum, and basic toiletries like a toothbrush were only available on request. For a well‑known, fairly expensive hotel chain, we expected a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and guest attention.

The staff are very hospitable and supportive; we stayed at the hotel twice over three months and the staff were amazing both times. The hotel and rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the level of the rooms is great for the price.

The room is clean and the staff are nice, but the windows are so high you can’t look out, which feels odd. It’s not close to the old town or the river, and if you’re okay with that, you might try the hotel. For me, it was too far of a walk and the road and street construction in that area was terrible, making it hard to walk around—bring sneakers.

A very nice hotel with a friendly receptionist. I can't remember the names, but there was a gentleman and a lady who helped me a lot, especially the lady who walked with me to check my car in the parking lot under the big sun—thanks a ton! Everything else was fine.
