“Stay here!”
Right next to the Mall of America, the stay felt luxurious and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, except that parking had to be paid for.

Close to the airport, a nice new fitness room, but the maid never cleaned our room for no reason and we were often left without anyone at the front desk to answer questions.

The room itself was amazing, yet the front‑desk staff seemed undertrained; we waited 30 minutes at check‑in with no explanation, and when we asked, the staff merely replied, “Well, technology,” which felt poorly communicated.
