“Séjour insolite au calme, roulotte vieillissante.”
The accommodation was unusual and peaceful, but the caravan was in need of renovation.

The quirky lodging was surrounded by greenery and the welcome was very attentive.

The host was exactly what I had hoped for—considerate, discreet, and non‑intrusive. He owns a recording studio in his house opposite the caravan site, so he can host a small musical group for creative stays. The site is very quiet, only 100 m from the Beuvron, which joins the Yonne a few 8 km downstream in Clamecy. It’s green and away from traffic, making for a peaceful night, and it’s a solid base for heading out to the Morvan park. I was surprised by a small pool that offered a refreshing dip at 32 °C that day. As for connectivity, Bouygues and SFR 4G give me 2 bars, so I’m independent and don’t need Wi‑Fi.

The setting was very calm and the owner was welcoming, but the photos don’t match reality. The caravans were poorly maintained and the grounds were neglected. There were no cleaning supplies, no dishware, and the place was not clean.
