The place is very well situated, the room was clean, and the receptionist on 07/09 was attentive and polite. I liked the café table setting—it was a nice touch. The breakfast was good, but adding an egg option would make it better. The front door of the lodge is awful; it needs to be replaced urgently because it gives a bad first impression, though the lodge itself is fine—everything was clean and organized. The towels are quite worn.

The location was very good, in the center and close to everything. The Wi‑Fi network didn’t work. The beds were not comfortable and the breakfast was just okay.

Good air conditioning and the staff were polite.

Absolutely nothing. The sheet had 400 holes… the bathroom was tiny… almost impossible to enter. At night we went out to eat and when we came back no one opened the hotel… we rang the bell several times and sat on the sidewalk for half an hour until we called a call center that finally woke the front‑desk staff. Breakfast was the last straw… stale fruit, cold coffee, and worst of all, lukewarm milk in a thermos that was split… I almost vomited when I tasted it. We left immediately… how dare they call this a lodge… a disgrace!
