“Gestione famigliare, tutti dolcissimi e camera 100/10”
The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast good. What really stood out was meeting Thuý and Billy’s family. Not to mention the receptionist Annie, who was sweet from the start and speaks English very well. I was traveling alone and they “adopted” me; I ate lunch and dinner with them for all three nights I stayed at their hotel, and one day they even let me use their kitchen to cook pasta for everyone. It was a special stay I’ll always remember, and I hope to return.

The location was perfect, just around the corner from a really nice place to eat, Yummy. Only a 15‑minute walk to the Esplanade area. The manager Billy was also very helpful, nothing was a problem. He even offered to take me to the bus depot on my departure day. I stayed 3 nights, did a day cruise with Cat Ba Adventures, which I would highly recommend, and would stay at Cat Ba Swiss again. Thanks for the warm greeting every day when I returned from my adventures. The only issue was that the pillows are quite hard; it’s a small thing overall and definitely wouldn’t be a deal‑breaker to stay again.

This place offers amazing value for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the noise from the street outside, but it didn't bother me too much.

There was only one negative, everything else was very good. The owner and staff were friendly, the girls were lovely. The bed was very comfortable although the pillows are a bit too high. The hotel is modern and clean. There is only one small window; the other is a fake with a blind, but the spaciousness of the room, white walls and ceiling, and excellent lighting make it feel bright anyway. The shower floor does not have enough slope for drainage and water spills beyond the screen onto the toilet even with the water at half volume. This is mainly a drainage issue, not splashing. It could be fixed by gluing a 20 mm angle or box‑section metal across the full opening of the shower outside the glass, or by lifting the glass and fitting something underneath.
