I had a truly awful stay. The room was filthy—dirt everywhere on the floor, holes in the walls, and an awful stench that made staying there nearly impossible. The blankets looked barely cleaned, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Noise was another huge issue, making sleep nearly impossible. The overall condition of the room was shocking and completely unacceptable for a place that should host guests. I’ve never seen such poor cleanliness or such unpleasant conditions. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere to spare yourself the trouble.

The staff on site were polite and well-mannered when I arrived, but that doesn’t change the fact that this place is operating illegally and dangerously. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially if you’re traveling with women, children, or families. The property is running a deceptive split‑business model: it’s contracted with the local council to serve as an unmanaged emergency housing facility for highly vulnerable people and addicts, while at the same time renting the same rooms to unsuspecting tourists. The environment is unsafe and volatile. During my stay I saw open, illegal Class‑A drug use on the premises, and the whole building was saturated with toxic smoke. The place is filthy, misadvertised, and poses an immediate physical danger. I had to evacuate the building for my own safety. This is an illegal, unmanaged facility masquerading as a hotel. Avoid it at all costs for your safety.
When I entered the hotel, the smell blew my mind, and the room was a nightmare. The washroom was unbelievably dirty and broken. Even the walls were damaged, and the bed was so smelly.
For that price it was great and the location was excellent.

I would give less than one star if I could. The smell was unbearable, and everything was filthy, even the walls were dirty. Absolutely disgusting. I had to buy a whole set of bed linens just to sleep. The towels were dirty and stained. I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy.
