The room was clean, but I felt quite alone, the pool looked a bit dirty and seemed neglected, the internet was terrible, and there is a TV in the rooms.

Good facilities and services, living in harmony with nature. I had issues with the front desk staff; I requested a 12:00 check‑in, but it couldn’t be arranged due to availability, so we were given access at 15:00 and were not allowed to eat inside the premises, only what the restaurant sold. Later at 15:00 I went to reception to check in, and they took about 30 minutes to provide a room, then told us the check‑out would be before 12:00 without considering the delay, charging us $1,864 per night while I had booked $1,208 on Booking. I told the receptionist and she immediately adjusted the price to match what I had mentioned.
