“Fraudulent scam”
I was scammed and assaulted by the host; the accommodation shown in the photos didn't exist, and we were forced to walk 15 to 20 minutes to a tiny, smelly room with a shared bathroom. When I refused the room, the host physically assaulted me and tried to take a photo, forcing us to flee the area due to intimidation. I had to book another place. Avoid this scam!
The place is great, right near the city gate, perfect for exploring the Old Town and easy to catch a bus.

Nic ponieważ nie miałem (nie) przyjemności w nim finalnie zagościć. Właściciel najprawdopodobniej stosuje overbooking, na chwile przed moim przyjazdem stwierdził, że jednak nie jest w stanie mnie zakwaterować (pod podanym adresem czekały 2 osoby na zameldowanie w obiekcie i je udało się zakwaterować). Po zgłoszeniu sprawy do booking odpowiedział bookingowi „all is ok”, po czym gdy przyjechałem na miejsce właściciel poprosił mnie abym poczekał (kwaterował w tym czasie 2 w/w osoby) po czym zadzwonił do mnie i niezbyt przyjemnym tonem oznajmił, że nie zapewni mi noclegu i żebym więcej do niego nie dzwonił. Od momentu wystosowania przeze mnie prośby o anulowanie rezerwacji na booking przez właściciela stał się bardzo nieprzyjemny i agresywny. Właściciel nie raczył anulować rezerwacji z powodu braku możliwości zapewnienia mi zakwaterowania tylko zaznaczył opcję, że nie zjawiłem się w obiekcie (swoją drogą adres podany na booking jest fikcyjny, znajduje się pod nim biuro informacji turystycznej)
The accommodation was fantastic, located right in Dubrovnik's Old Town, making it easy to walk around the beautiful historic area. The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and always available, even arranging a parking spot and personally bringing us to the apartment in the Old Town – a truly excellent service! We felt very welcome and well taken care of. The location, the friendly host, and the outstanding service made our stay special. We would book this place again anytime and wholeheartedly recommend it.
