“Charming Motel”

The room was cute, with plenty of shelves and a bathroom cabinet; the coffee maker was a nice size, and the fridge and microwave were good. The layout was nice and I liked the 1940s‑style signs. I saw people enjoying the outdoor chairs by their room and it was nice to chat with them. The door lock was a bit loose and didn’t fit solidly, but it still worked.

“Overall for the price and location it’s great!”

The rooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect for our lake‑fishing plans. The rooms were updated with hardwood flooring. There was no on‑site staff, but they responded quickly to email or text. Extra items were available on site for pickup. The only issue was a bag of cooked popcorn in the dresser, but otherwise it was very clean.

The place felt like a cozy old‑school motel off the highway, a bit hot but the AC was a little dated; still, it was quiet and comfortable, not a bad thing to say. The only gripe was the bathroom sink faucet had weak water pressure, and the shower head was awkwardly small and not tall enough for taller people, but overall it was a good place 👍

It’s a pretty retro spot that we like as long as it’s kept tidy, and for a night it’s comfortable. Parking is in front and everything you need is there. Our room was large. The exterior of our room wasn’t cared for and was dirty; the trash bin nearby was almost full, and inside there was also a lack of upkeep. The bathroom towels were dirty and unusable.

The room was very clean. I thought the shower was very small and the shower head was too big for the space.
