The hotel sits right in the heart of Palm Springs, surrounded by restaurants and cute shops. The stay was fine until check‑out day, when I asked for an invoice for work and Lesley at the front desk told me to contact the third‑party booking agent for it. That was not what I expected from a Hyatt. My colleagues who stayed with me and booked through the same channel received printed copies, but I didn’t, and she kept saying it was policy. I’ve stayed at other hotels and this is the first time I’ve run into this problem.
