“Good”
Everything was very clean and all amenities were present; the staff who assists guests is very friendly. The Wi‑Fi, however, isn’t working.

The staff, especially Youssouf, were truly attentive, the room and bathroom were spacious and clean, the night‑mode AC was quiet, there was a mini‑fridge in the room, and a small outdoor garden for morning coffee. The metro/bus stop is a 5‑minute walk away, the Colosseum is 25 minutes on foot, and Termini station is 10 minutes away. The biggest drawback was the building’s age, which meant poor sound insulation.

I didn’t find the place welcoming. Compared to what the booking listed, the reality was quite different: the listing promised a kitchen area with appliances, a dishwasher, and a terrace overlooking a garden, but none of that existed. The kitchen corner and garden terrace were actually common areas. When I raised the issue, I was told the room matched the description and that the problem might be a translation error. Also, the room lacked two bedside tables with lamps. Overall, the room felt somewhat neglected.

I felt at home and the hostess was incredibly kind, always checking on my needs. The only downside was that the room wasn’t cleaned daily.

Excellent accommodation in every way. Very well located near the Termini bus and train terminal (the main airport link), yet in a safe neighborhood with several hotels on the same block. It’s also close to the metro, which puts you a block from places like Piazza Spagna or the Vatican. The staff are outstanding—Yousuf and Anna were especially friendly, making sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable. They even let us check in early! The coffee is delicious and free at all hours, and there are croissants included with breakfast. Cleanliness and comfort are impeccable, and the garden offers a peaceful escape from Rome’s chaos and noise—a real oasis. Highly recommended!
