The TV in my room was broken, and when we asked for it to be repaired nobody came; I wanted to unwind after a long day, but the hallways and elevators were noisy with kids running around without adult supervision, and it stayed loud through the night.

“Safe and mostly comfortable, very convenient to lots of amenities.”

The location was convenient, but the rooms feel a bit dated, the bathrooms need better cleaning, the grout shows mildew and mold, and the mattress was sagging.
