“Medio bueno”

The front‑desk lady barged into my room while I stepped out for a moment, which was very annoying and rude because she left all the linens and trash there even though I hadn’t checked out yet. In the restaurant, the staff gather at the bar to chat and laugh about personal stuff, which lowers the quality and attentiveness.
