“Good price, nice location, enjoyable stay”
Breakfast was nice and reasonably priced. The staff were very welcoming, especially My Tien, who treated my family kindly during our stay. The corridor was a bit narrow.

The location is good, but keep in mind there’s no beach nearby. The experience was terrible: we booked a room but were given one without a window—there was only a curtain in the photo, and I couldn’t imagine it would be windowless. We asked for a windowed room and were told to pay extra. When we checked in we were shocked at how dirty the room was because it wasn’t cleaned. The renovation is good, but there is no cleaning at all. When we requested a clean-up, someone came and just replaced the trash bags, but that wasn’t all. We wrote to the administrator, but nothing was done. On the second floor we met people who said their rooms were clean.

Everything was great—clean, good location, and it matched the photos.

The location was great, the room was spacious, and breakfast was included even though it was served about 100 meters outside the hotel. The owner runs three restaurants and the breakfast is offered at a separate venue. The mattresses were good, the new modern interior was pleasing, and there was plenty of storage. However, the hotel advertises rooms with balconies but none actually have them; upon arrival we were told that Booking had made an error and that the hotel has no balcony rooms at all. During the six nights we stayed, the room was never cleaned. We had to ask for fresh towels at the ground‑floor restaurant, and we also had to empty the trash bin ourselves.

The food was nice and the staff were friendly. The room wasn’t very clean, and it seemed like the sheets and pillowcases hadn’t been changed or cleaned.
