The rooms felt like third‑class accommodation and the staff behaved like third‑class service, earning only 1.0/10.

You can’t beat the view from the bedroom and balcony—perfect for exploring and hiking from Old Manali, though the walk up is steep. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite some language gaps. A few minor issues: it takes about 5 minutes for the water to warm up, the Wi‑Fi was spotty (likely due to Manali’s unstable power supply), and the breakfast was quite basic.

The hotel is a fantastic place with lovely wooden décor, a peaceful setting away from Manali’s main bustle, and stunning views; the nearby treks are great, making it the best hotel in Manali.

Breakfast portions were generous and the tea was tasty, but during winter there were no room heaters even after paying extra, and the staff said they were broken.
