The air conditioning was there. The bathroom smelled like sewer. In the middle of the night there was a disturbing noise every 5 minutes. The wooden staircase to the rooms looked like a church tower. Not recommended for people with a fear of heights.

The place was far from clean – a stale, musty smell lingered and the dirt felt like a health hazard. It’s an old building that’s only been slapped with fresh paint, not a proper renovation. I can’t recommend staying here.

The room was nicely set up and every space had air‑conditioning, plus the self‑check‑in ran without a hitch. On the downside, the price felt steep, the TV had no guide and no Austrian channels, and the beds were tiny – turning over was a struggle for a bigger‑built guest. The coffee maker was there, but it would have been nicer to find a few capsules included.
