San Giorgio Savoia, a family‑run resort in Bellaria‑Igea Marina, offers an outdoor pool with hydromassage, a wellness centre featuring sauna, hammam, and solarium, and free Wi‑Fi. Its sandy beach and shallow Adriatic waters attract families, while nearby Parco Urbano and the town’s pedestrian zone provide leisure. The refined restaurant serves meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes, complemented by gala evenings and a free shuttle to Rimini Fiera.

We were welcomed very warmly; the staff are friendly and helpful, speaking several languages. The hotel sits right on the beach, and restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets, bars, etc. are within walking distance. The property is large with a beautiful garden and a pool that invites relaxation and swimming. Breakfast offers a wide variety of items such as muesli, pastries, scrambled eggs, various rolls, and a coffee machine with a large selection. However, Igea Marina itself lacks many sights to see, so you would need to drive or take a train to Rimini or Bellaria. Personally, I didn’t like our room; the furniture was very old and even smelled in the wardrobe. We booked a double room but received a 3‑bed room. For the price paid, I expected a “nicer” room. At breakfast, I missed more fruit options; there were only watermelon and apples.

The beach location and the extremely friendly staff were great, but the room and shower were not up to par.

The building was clean, orderly, well‑maintained, and in an excellent location. Breakfast was superb with plenty of sweet and savory choices. The staff were wonderful, all very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was comfortable. The only minor flaw in my room was the missing minibar.
